County of Oxfordshire Junior, Intermediate and Novice Outdoors 2024, held on 14th September 2024.

Event Format
UKRS Single Metric 122-X and 80-X rounds shot in accordance with World Archery Rules of Shooting. U16 & U15 compounds will shoot the WA 50m round, note that this is NOT WRS.
Arrows will be shot in ends of 6 arrows in 4 minutes. There will be four archers per target.

Awards
Awards will be made for all categories where archers are shooting the full distance for their age and gender. Archers shooting longer distances will be included in an older age group. Archers shooting shorter distances will not be awarded, but are welcome to enter.
For adults, Novice archers (started archery April 2023 or later) will shoot the 40m round. Intermediate archers (those who have not achieved a (old) First Class or (new) Bowman 3rd class classification in any bowstyle before 2024) will shoot the 50m round.

Dress code is according to the AGB Rules of Shooting
Drug testing
Archers competing at record status tournaments may be liable to drug testing. Competitors who are approached to give samples must comply. Non-compliance will be treated as a positive result.
Important information
Timing
Registration opens 12:30pm. ArcheryGB cards or e-cards will be required.
Assembly at 1pm followed by 3 ends of practice and the round. There is no match play after the round.
There is a possibility the timing may have to be moved to the morning due to Rugby fixtures - this will be confirmed in August.
Venue
The tournament will take place at our outdoor venue at Wallingford Sports Park, Wallingford OX10 9RB. The shooting field is the northern field, please follow the track past the buildings to the car park, and follow directions from parking attendants.
Refreshments
Light refreshments will be available. The bar will also be open after shooting concludes.
